need help with 4.3 CPI motor

OK I give ! this thing has been the biggest pain in my arse I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have the motor and trans in and all bolted down and it will not run worth a crap. I'm running on 3 cylinders. 1,5,2

Compression is good

new items :

Coil
dist.
cap
rotor
plugs
wires
fuel spider

I'm getting spark at all six plugs ?????

I have 2 marks on my balancer one is about 15 degrees off the other . I put it on top dead #1 on the first mark and it runs on 3 cyliders , put it on top dead # 1 on the second mark and it doesn't run at all .

Tried new computer with no change

I'm at a loss , is it a timing issue ???????

Anyone ?????

it's a 99 CPI vortec

Was the distributor in it when you got it? Could it be off a tooth or two?
