Oh Wise ones

Tell me how I broke three teeth off of the counter shaft cluster gear??? I thought maybe the teeth were worn, but they look about the same as the new cluster gears. T-150 transmission and the mighty 258:silly:

I haven't dumped the clutch, I have just been pulling the ranger around with the CJ.

Another thing. When did they start using plastic bushings in the rebuild kits???? I got this rebuild kit from Novak and wasn't expecting PLASTIC I have always used kits from 4wdh that were copper coated metal. My bad for thinking Novak had good stuff????:confused:
