PVC insert tips or tricks

So I just ordered a set of PVC inserts for my H1's from Trail Worthy Fab and was wondering if anyone had any tips or trick to getting them in the tires or am I looking at a major fight X4 ?
After fighting the rubber run flats for way to long and trying a few tricks told to me from some Military guys I resorted to the sawz-all and just cut the bastards out ........ hoping the PVC's are not as tough going in.....

I just put a block of wood inside the tire with a wheel under it and sprayed some wd-40 on the tire and they go in pretty easily. I'm just worried about getting them back out if I need to.

I had a hell of a time getting mine in as well. Followed the instructions they have on the website and still could'nt get them in. I called them and they said to hang the tires from the bead for a day to "widen them out" When they stack them sideways they get a litte out of shape. After that, shove them in sideways and I used my feet to stomp them in. They might have something on Youtube with instructions also.
