strange popping in rear end

ok folks i worked on this sami all last week and it is still popping in the rear end..

here is what i did.
1. it had 4.62 gears - pulled pig and locker was trashed.. so i figured time to swap in the 5.38 gears which i had in another axles set from splattt.
2. swap front axle out with 5.38.
3. put in 5.38 pig with locker in rear.
4. rear left side still popping when turning or gettin on the gas going straight..

At this point im thinking the lockers are bad...
called up lowrange - they said lock rite lockers are out of business 1530 lockers are no more...
so I ordered a spartin locker and side gears...next day air got it thursday morning and put the new locker in the 5.38
looking at old locker it looked ok and did not have any chips or rounded corners on the locker so i set it aside..
put everything back together..
5.38 in axles.
still popping...
thought maybe it is the axles shafts... or tcase.. pulled axles and put in new ones.
still popping
said ok lets swap put the old locker in the 4.62 gears set and see what happens..
put it in the axles and still popping..

lifted the axle off the ground and spun the rear in gear and it popps on the left side..

so as it sits...
2 separt 3rds both with 2 different lockers. both are popping on left.

5.38 - new spartan locker
4.62 - old lock rite with new side gears new springs

Im at a loss as to were to go from here unless i set up the lockers wrong.. but i followed the specs sheet..
:confused::confused:

oh yeah this is the reason I missed fall crawl... 5 people can not fit into 3 SEATS.. NEEDED BOTH RIGS..
Gatlinburg is where we went...
tried to make the best of things...

I also say axle bearing, I had one do this before on a Toyota which I believe is the same setup. Pull the axle- an ok or new one will have slight slop in it, if it has any more than slight then its junk. Trust me you will be able to tell, a lot of people overlook this.

I would change the oil and adjust the seat first
