JK Unlimited Rubi Rear locker

Found the locker sensor wires broken at the connector last week. I took it to the dealer yesterday and of course they had to order the part. So they replaced the sensor and off I went to pick it up. I didn't even get out of the parking spot and had to go in and get the service manager, the rear axle is locked. So of course being the end of the day I had to leave it. I checked a couple forums and read that they basically took a short cut. Pull the sensor out and just slide the new one in. They should have pulled the diff and alingned it properly. Luckily I got the lifetime drivetrain warranty when I bought it. I hope they figure it out cause now I have to drive a Grand Caravan for the weekend. Any other insight would be great but mostly giving a heads up to someone who may have this issue.
