Don't have a clue what the wheel base will end up at , will find out when everything clears.
Plan is to keep it streetable , thats why I'm going with Radial 37's
It will be locked in the rear and I'm still debating on locking the front.
Prolly have to recenter the H1's and I'm def. looking at rock rings
Once I get the axles under her I'm gonna build front and rear bumpers, rocker protection and a nice flat belly.
I have several different sets of leafs I'm going to be trying but I will probably end up with Dakota leafs in the front stockers in the rear with a possible extra leaf or two.
What is your plans on locking the rear? I know your wanting to build on a budget as I am myself. I don't want to weld but I can't seem to find a spool for the rear.
Also, what are the plans for the CAD? Vaccum sucks, you installing the cable kit or is there a home remedy for this? I have mine slid over in place but I don't like the front shaft spinning all the time or removing the box to release it. Thinking there has to be another way.

I used a switch to control the air flow and shift fork to engage and disengage the axle up front.
Used existing vaccum from motor. I do not remember which exact line I used but it is achievable with a little time.
Cool. My vac lines failed me last year and it was aggrevating until I figured out what was going on. It may just be a leak but I don't have much faith in it now.
OK gonna answer a few of the questions , as I have been busy gathering the final parts for the past few days .... first off I need an Astro Van steering box from a 2wd van , anyone got one ?
The rear is a 60
Yes the front is CAD . not worried !;)
I'm going to run a cable from AW direct , just like I had in the wrangler $43.00 and forget it .
I'm welding the rear spiders
The transfer case is going to remain the factory 236GM unit for now. This will at least keep the build a little shorter and cheaper for now . Waiting for a 231C to roll into the yard and thinking of doing a 231/231 Doubler ??????
